StrikeStar Lightning Imaging

We have provided local lightning activity through this web site since early 2004 and became a member of the StrikeStar network on April 25th, 2005.  With the thunderstorm activity this morning that resulted in my son's soccer and t-ball games being cancelled, I decided it was finally time to start publishing the StrikeStar lightning data centered on our house.  The web page requires javascript because it's configured to only update the image once a minute, which is the frequency that the computer here generates the image.  I have also decided to overlay the current NEXRAD radar image thereby allowing you to see current rain rate activity mapped with lightning detection.  If you don't have javascript enabled, you'll need to refresh the page manually to see the updates.
