Jeff reaches 400+ miles

I've actually exceed the 400 miles mark as of last weekend and I must say I really like the Nashbar bike maintenance stand. I still don't have a picture of the bicycle, maybe in the coming weeks.  I have taken part in the 25+ mile bike ride at a leisurely pace of 17/mph and a similar 19 mile exploration bike ride as we try to find roads better for bicycle riding.  A positive note is that I've reached 18.9/mph on the shorter 10 mile right around Huntersville but that was with Tim's help, it's truly amazing how much drafting helps.
