Audio in the Garage!
I've installed Santa's Christmas gift, outdoor speakers, for (I assume) the garage.
It took two days and I've got three holes in the garage to patch but as of 4pm today I have installed the Nuvo keypad and Niles speakers in the garage. I've wanted speakers in the garage for more than six years since I ran the battery dead in the mini-van (since long gone) while listening to the NASCAR race and waxing. Now I can enjoy music while washing and waxing the cars, cleaning the bike, or enjoy a beer after any of those tasks.
So the lessons learned this time; it's easier to fish wire with two people AND the conduit I've been using will always contain it's current HDMI cable. Yes, I forgot the HDMI cables have connectors which are larger than the cable itself, so I'll never be able to swap that particular cable. Once I realized my mistake I made a mental note to never use the other conduit again, should I need a "better" HDMI cable to the projector I'll be able to run it through conduit #2.
Still a handful of stuff to install though, so the fun isn't done yet.
